Sundays In My City~ or Pictures that make me happy this week!

This week involved 'pairing' off. Seems to happen often with two kids...

One SUPER happy, pleased-as-punch, little boy- who has ditched his crib!
He now has a new reading corner- he's not quite ready to have toys in his room...

One-not-so-happy (pinched her fingers) little girl--BUT a selfishly good crying picture!
Off for a visit with the Alpacas in the sunshine...
just MommyO and X. He giggled the whole time!

Gorgeous sky, great day for skiing (-4C)...
This little girl skied down that hill, pole-less... be still my heart!

MommyO and Beebo, super happy after picking out our Christmas tree in December...

Getting ready to burn the Christmas tree on a mild day in January. Burn baby burn...it was beautiful only briefly. Then, turned into my worst Christmas tree yet! We sure did enjoy the bon-fire however.

how gorgeous...looks just like I imagine Canada to be...even though i have no desire to go there purely because of the cold. i remember skiing straight down mountains, seems kids just stand and move on the snow.

Even though I am well past the stage of little children moving from cribs up to beds, I am so pleased that he had made that transition. Both your children come across as delightful. Says something for the mother(ing).

Lovely warm and caring post.
Your family is beautiful. Congratulations to the big boy for moving into the big boy bed.

Nice to see the alpacas again.

I adore the fact that you're out there, having fun in that snow instead of hiding from it. Yay, alpacas!

Your kids are adorable! Congrats to the big boy for his transition, and what a trooper your daughter was to take a pic despite the tears!
