BAA...on the Menu
My family seems to like lamb. It's actually kind of a weird/newer development, because for myself to eat lamb... i need to forget. that. it. is. lamb. The kiddos however, love to eat it right off the bone!
I made Accordian-like potatoes as a side-dish: using olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme & rosemary. Slice potatoes (but not entirely through) and bake at 350F for 45mins.

Cooked at 425F, for 30minutes (medium-rare).
Unfortunately, we must have been kerfuffled at dinner time because i forgot to take a picture of the lamb all done. Oh well. I have to say, i hadn't used mustard before when cooking lamb, but it really made it tasty! I dropped the mint (in favour of the mustard) and am glad i did so.
No formal recipe here...just the stuff i added.
ENJOY!
