Sunday In My City: Alpine Helicopters- Canmore, Alberta

A family gathering (read: Wedding Weekend) is always a good time to be 'touristy' and get out to enjoy some things we take for granted in these parts. On the agenda, the 12 minute Spray Lakes Heli-Tour of the Canadian Rockies!

Off to the Alpine Helicopter base in Canmore, Alberta! (This was where i worked previous to having Beebo. Hot fuelling helis and showing off our Rockies to huge tour groups!) This would also be the kids first helicopter ride!

That's amazing. Were the kids nervous at all? I have never been on a helicopter before. Not sure if I could. I get major motion sickness and it keeps getting worse the older I get. I might when we go to Hawaii for our 10th anniversary in 2 years!

Oh did the kids LOVE it! Looks like a great time. I didn't know you worked with helis before kids. I thought you worked in a daycare?

I've been one one ride. M uses helis a lot with his work so he has a bunch of friends who are pilots. When I was 37 weeks pregnant with Chicken we went of a ride. Super cool!!
