Autumn Days call for Warm Fillings #ShepherdsPie
It wasn't even 10am on a Sunday, when I began craving a warm, hearty food. I decided to whip up a Shepherds pie for lunch, but only had Ground Turkey to work with. No matter!

Total Prep Time: 45 mins (15 mins to brown meat & make mashed potatoes. 30 mins baking time.)
- Brown ground turkey with worchestershire sauce in a frying pan. Add in sliced carrots, celery, peas, corn, onions ... whatever!
- Add beef or other broth with flour to thicken.
- Boil up potatoes with skins-on. Yummy! Mash and smooth over meat mixture.
- Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until the top forms a crust.
Easy peasy! Even the kids loved it!
