Amazing Slow-Cooker Sriracha Meat Loaf

I have a very yummy slow cooker recipe, that I often adapt to be cooked in the oven. If you'll be out all day and will need to have something prepared, this recipe rocks! If you'll be home and would rather throw it in the oven, so be it.

You can even redefine the ingredients as per what's in the house. Use any ground meat, switch out breadcrumbs for oats, or the ketchup for sriracha, and the result is a spicy, tangy, meat loaf!

Amazing Slow-Cooker Sriracha Meat Loaf

Makes 8 servings

1/2 cup sriracha, divided
2lbs of ground meat (beef, chicken, pork)
2 eggs
2/3 cups dry oats
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix

*1 can of black beans if desired*

1. Reserve 2 tbsp. sriracha. Combine ground meat (beef, chicken, pork), eggs, dry oats, black beans, soup mix, and remaining sriracha. Shape into a loaf. Place in the slow cooker.

2. Top with remaining sriracha.

3. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hrs or on High for 2-4 hrs.

*If cooking in a loaf pan in the oven, bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.*

Tip: Chill the leftovers and then slice it up for sandwiches!
Or throw it in a bowl and add MORE sriracha! Enjoy!
