Throw It All In Da Pot! #Paleo #ThisAndThat #Veggies

Lately, my kids have been requesting this--

I am not opposed at all.

We have found that we prefer it made with bean & pea vermicilli (not the rice kind), as it is way less sticky and we feel less bloated after eating it. Also, it has great texture and is excellent the next day as a cold lunch.

If you are okay with any type of noodle, have at 'er! 

Add in more liquid if you want it soupy... season to taste!

  • Cooked Chicken Breast, or any other fowl
  • Mushroom
  • Celery
  • Carrot
  • Onions
  • Edamame
  • Gr. Onions
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Mini Corn Cobs
  • Lemongrass
  • Ginger, Sliced (4-6) or a dollop of pureed ginger
  • Curry Paste (if desired)
  • Fish Oil
  • Vermicilli (Bean/Pea)  *Be sure to put this in last!*

This recipe is very simple, takes little time to prepare and lends the Chef license to put in 'this or that'.
